Payment Policy
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the holding of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be given. Payment options are provided by Stripe and are processed through the service. Crammer Nation is not liable for any errors that may occur from the usage of this service.
Refunds
Online resources may be refunded a full amount up to one week following purchase. Past that point, a refund cannot be guaranteed. If you deem your situation unique and deserving of a refund, you may contact Crammer Nation and inquire. Crammer Nation reserves the right to refuse a refund if your purchase occurred over a week ago.
In the case that a refund is granted, Crammer Nation and the client will find a suitable refund method for both parties.
Termination Clause
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site without advanced notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation to, ownership provisions, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Notification of Changes
The site reserves the right to change these conditions as it sees fit. Your continued usage of Crammer Nation and its resources will proclaim your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. In the case of changes to our Privacy Policy, we will announce the alteration has occurred on our home page.
